Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of your unique Numeric Design, we are unable to accept any returns. However, we will replace any product damaged due to shipping.

Damaged Due to Shipping

We take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent damage and breakage. If, despite our efforts, your custom Numeric Design does arrive damaged, then please e-mail us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment for instructions on how to return your damaged order.

Our customer service department will give you an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Keep in mind that our shipping department will only be able to accept return packages clearly marked with an RMA number. Pack and seal your return securely in its original packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box. Any returns received by Numeric Design without an RMA number will be sent back at the sender's expense. RMA numbers are valid for 7 days, within which the return must be received by Numeric Design.

If you wish, our customer service representative can arrange for a UPS call tag, which schedules UPS to come to your home to pick up the package. Or, you can take it to the nearest UPS drop off center.
