Are the photos on the Numeric Design site original?
Yes, they were all taken by the owner of Numeric Design and are only available through this site.
How are the images put together?
We start with individual photos and join them together to make a single photographic image based on the photo choices you have made.
Where were the photos taken?
The photos were taken from various parts of the world, including the USA, the Czech Republic, Hungary, the Netherlands,
England, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. When you click on the photos, you can see the country in which they were taken.
Are your photographs available in a color format?
Not at this time, please check back later.
What kind of photo paper are the photos printed on?
The professionally printed photos are printed on Fuji Crystal Archive paper, which has an archival quality of up to 70 years.
What type of mats do you use?
Our framer utilizes a premium mat board. The beveled edge has a white core, so no yellowing will ever occur.
What will the framed size be of my unique Numeric Design?
For a 1, 2, 3 and 4 digit photo selection, the framed size will be approximately 10 3/4" x 17 3/4". For 5 digit selection and
dates, the framed size will be approximately 9 1/4" x 20 1/2". This will fluctuate by a half inch or so based on your frame choice.
What size are the combined photographic images?
Due to the nature of digital images and the combining of the individual photographs, the image sizes vary. Sizes below are
in inches and height x length.
Do you take custom orders?
No, but if you have an interesting idea, please let us know via email.
How will I know you have received my order?
You will receive an email stating that we have received your order and that it is being processed.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email stating that we have shipped your order.
Can I order via the phone?
Due to the custom nature of the product, only online orders are taken.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Yes, Numeric Design utilizes SSL encryption technology which means that your credit card purchase is secure.
Do you offer gift certificates?

What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our product, Numeric Design is unable to except returns if your item is not damaged.
In the event that your unique Numeric Design is damaged, please refer to our return policy.
Will you accept payment with a check via the mail?
No, but you may pay with an electronic check through PayPal.
How long will it take for me to receive my unique Numeric Design?
Please allow 2-3 weeks from time of ordering for your shipment to arrive. If you wish to expedite your
shipment, please select the Rush Order option on the shopping cart page.
How are your orders shipped?
We ship via UPS. Our standard shipping is UPS Ground and our Express shipping is UPS 2nd Day Air.
How much does shipping and handling (S/H) cost?
We have a flat rate of $13.50 for UPS Ground and $27.00 for UPS 2nd Day Air. This flat rate covers both
shipping and handling charges. If you live near, or will be traveling to, the Cleveland, Ohio area and wish to
pick up your Numeric Design, please select the Pick Up option on the shopping cart page. Items can be picked
up at the following downtown Cleveland location:

How do I care for my Numeric Design photo art?
Try to avoid hanging your photograph in direct sunlight and in strong indirect daylight due to the damage UV (ultraviolet) rays can cause.
Why do you use Plexiglas?
The inherent properties of the Plexiglas we use blocks out approximately 93% of UV rays as compared to regular glass, which blocks out
about 45%. Our Plexiglas combines excellent optical qualities along with the strength to prevent damage during shipping. Care must be used
in handling and cleaning Plexiglas to avoid damaging the surface.
How do I clean my personalized Numeric Design?
Please clean the Plexiglas with a soft, damp cloth.
IMPORTANT: Never use a window cleaner containing ammonia on the Plexiglas.
